EXTRAORDINARY CONGRESS OF THE CDK

Preparations are well underway

After Douala and Kananga on October 16 and 23 respectively, the sensitization exercise of Kananga in the Centre, South and East regions took place on Saturday, October 30, 2021. It was held in the premises of the Immaculate Conception parish of La Briqueterie in Yaounde.

A good number of Kananga natives attended the meeting, led by the President of the local organising committee, Amassola Bebissilegne. During the proceedings, explanations were given on the ‘new-look’ nature of the Congress, as adopted. The search for a massive inclusion of the different components of our human resource is at the heart of this approach, which also aims to sell the Kananga initiative to state partners and national and international institutions.

Lobbying Kananga therefore calls for a positioning that allows partners to discover the potential of our locality, in order to commit them to invest in it.

This is why the Extraordinary Congress is being held in two locations: Yaoundé in a renowned hotel and Kananga, the place where the vision of development of our village is expressed.

Mmandoa Fidèle, coordinator of the CDK Task-Force, indicated that the Organising Committee has put in place a certain amount of support in order to allow as many people as possible to attend all the stages of a Congress that is intended to be the foundation of the Kananga of the future.
